LipiFlow is a safe, drug-free and comfortable way to treat meibomian gland obstructions while protecting the delicate structures of the eye and adnexa.  Compared to other methods, such as manual expression of the glands with surgical instruments, Lipiflow accomplishes the goal of heated, gentle expression utilizing indiviualized sterile applicators and without discomfort.  Dr. Conley has been safely performing Lipiflow treatments for nearly a decade.
